Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Crafted in the heart of the Scottish Highlands
where time moves differently
Our Heritage
In 1887, Alistair MacCask carved a distillery from the granite hills of the Scottish Highlands. His obsession was simple — to create a whisky that tasted like the land itself: ancient, untamed, and magnificent.
Four generations later, we still use the same copper pot stills, the same Highland spring water, and the same unhurried patience. Because some things should never be rushed.
The Collection
Aged 12 years in first-fill American oak. Notes of heather honey, vanilla, and gentle smoke with a silky finish.
18 years in oloroso sherry casks. Rich Christmas cake, dark chocolate, warming spice, and an impossibly long finish.
A quarter-century of patience. Leather, dried oak, dark fruit, and a finish that lingers for an eternity.
The Craft
Since 1887, unchanged.
Highland barley, hand-selected from local farms. Steeped, germinated, and kiln-dried over smouldering peat fires.
Twice distilled through our original 1887 copper pot stills. The new-make spirit takes its character in darkness and heat.
Aged in hand-selected oak casks deep within our stone warehouses. Time is the most important ingredient — we never compromise it.
Non-chill filtered, natural colour. Each bottle is numbered by hand. No shortcuts. Just perfection, bottled.
Sensory Profile
"A transcendent experience. Glen Cask The Sovereign is the benchmark against which all Highland whiskies should be measured."
